If you have ever tried an affiliate program, then you know that no company gives you a landing page, capture page, a free auto-responder, or resources to get started for free. Your sponsor may give you tools and resources. They may even help you with a capture and landing page. But you will not find an auto-responder for free. I personally am not a fan of it because it has typos in the emails and you can't edit them but to each it's own.
