Aerotek is looking for 75 work-at-home tech customer support reps. You will be assisting customers via phone and remote log-in software, as well as escalating issues as needed.
This is a 40hrs/wk position. This is a 24-hour help desk environment, therefore schedules may include overnights, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements:
- Tech support experience
- Customer Service experience
- Experience with remote access systems
- Experience with remote troubleshooting
- Experience in quality assurance
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, optical, and optional 401K. Compensation is $15.50 to $17.50 per hour.
