Aspire Lifestyles is currently seeking work-at-home brand ambassadors for BlueFly. These are seasonal positions. Hours are part-time at 35 to 40 per week. Weekends and holidays are required. Shifts are available during the following time frame: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
New remote training classes are scheduled for November 4 – 15, 2013, from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm. Classes are held every day, Monday through Friday. Attendance is required for 100% of those sessions.
You will serving as a personal shopper as you assist customers via phone, email, and chat. You must have excellent communication skills, and you must be prompt, professional, and clear.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Able to sit in a confined position for 95% of each scheduled shift
Keys data into the computer system and views a computer screen repetitively. - Required to have a quiet home-office environment, phone line, Internet connection, and computer system that meets Aspire Lifestyles policies and maintenance requirements, including system upgrades as applicable, which may change over time
- High-school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
- 2+ years related customer service experience required; 1+ year(s) experience with consumer sales.
Knowledge of fashion industry and trends required.
Proficient in live chat environment preferred. - Chat experience required for Chat positions.
- Able to thrive in a performance-based environment and motivated by sales goals and incentives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong computer and Internet skills.
- Able to learn quickly in a technical environment; working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Polite, friendly, and courteous phone demeanor; highly adaptable, self-motivated and self-disciplined.
- Able to learn and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Detail oriented; focused on quality, accuracy; multitasker; strong sense of urgency; commitment to excellence.
- Able to work weekend and holiday hours.
- Able to successfully pass a credit, criminal and employment reference security check.
- Able to provide a work at home environment that is ergonomically sound, conducive to taking customer calls, quiet and free from distraction.
- Able to supply a computer, internet, and telephone and service that meets the current minimum requirements.
Compensation averages $10 to $12 per hour (hourly plus incentives).
